					<description>How is it that we are even having discussions about whether closing off-shore tax loopholes or creating a green economy is more important?  There are thousands of companies listed on http://www.greencollareconomy.com, that will be decimated if we don't extend AND ENHANCE the tax credits for renewables.  For crying out loud, how many good reasons do we need?</description>
